Promenade Shops at Centerra Loveland Colorado   The Promenade Shops are located just twenty miles west of Greeley on highway 34.  The Promenade Shops is a 700,000 square foot Lifestyle Center developed by Poag & McEwen of Memphis Tennessee and McWhinney Enterprises of Loveland. Located just off I-25 at the Highway 34 exit. The Shops are just south of the Budweiser Events Center.

This beautiful new lifestyle center has a large natural area which is also the home of The Chapungu Sculpture Park the only one of it's kind in the U.S. Loveland Colorado is also one of the nations centers for sculptures and sculpture artists.
